At Austin Tarot Reader, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexible and fair policies for all our clients. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
1. Cancellation by Client:

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the appointment for a $10 rescheduling fee.
Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund. However, clients may reschedule their appointment for a $20 rescheduling fee.
No Show: If a client does not show up for the scheduled appointment and has not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the full fee of the session will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Austin Tarot Reader:

In the unlikely event that Austin Tarot Reader needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund.

3. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling by Client: Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment must do so at least 24 hours before the original appointment time to avoid rescheduling fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee as detailed above.
Rescheduling by Austin Tarot Reader: We will work with you to find a new time that suits both parties without any additional charges.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request, back to the original method of payment.

o A 15 card tarot session can last up to 30 minutes, with the remaining time dedicated to other cleansing or spell casting services. If you choose the hour session, you will receive 2 30 minute readings, unless otherwise specified. If the 1st reading goes over the time limit, the 2nd reading will be shortened to stay within the hour long limit.

If you have chosen a tarot reading plus an energy cleanse, then the 1st half of the hour will be for the tarot reading, and the 2nd half will be for the energy cleanse.

Each person has an energetic body that needs maintenance in the same way that our physical bodies need maintenance. Our physical bodies need exercise, good food, human touch and love, and regular cleanses. When our bodies need a cleanse, we drink water and eat fiber. Maybe we don’t eat a certain type of food for a while to detox. Our spirit bodies work in an almost identical manner, except on an energetic level. We feed the spirit by contemplating the divine and meditating. We exercise the spirit by praying, casting healthy spells, and feeling healthy emotions, such as love and compassion. One can cleanse the energy body in a variety of ways. Sound, smell, prayer, spell casting, meditation, de-hexing, crystal alignment, and high vibration can all help to cleanse the spirit. My method uses a variety of these methods depending on the situation.

Each hypnosis session lasts between 45-60 minutes. This will depend on the subject, the prep time before the session, and the post hypnosis calm time. No session will ever last a predetermined set of time.
